Virgen de los 7 Dolores/Lady of the 7 Sorrows
our Lady of Sorrows is one of the advocations by which the Catholic Church venerates the Virgin Mary. To illustrate the pains of the virgin as Mother of Jesus, She is shown holding in her right hand the heart pierced by seven swords, symbol of one of the pains written in the Gospels, thus Mary receives the name of Queen of Martyrs.
